Mike joined Nelson Pools & Nelson Landscaping’s management team in 2022 following a distinguished 26-year career in the United States Air Force, specializing in aircraft maintenance across a range of iconic aircraft including the F-15E Strike Eagle, F-16 Fighting Falcon, A-10 Warthog, and B-52 Stratofortress. His extensive global experience in production, training, operations, and quality control formed the bedrock of his leadership skills, seamlessly transitioning to our organization.
As a trusted leader, Mike focuses on optimizing our processes for efficiency, fostering clear communication, and empowering team members. This creates an inclusive environment where every contribution is valued, ensuring a cohesive team that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
Outside of work, Mike indulges his passion for hunting, mountain biking, and snow skiing, relishing time spent outdoors. He finds joy in exploring foreign cultures with his wife and four children, savoring unique cuisines and forging connections with people around the world.
